Birsen McEntire, CBA

- 1991-Present: Certified Bail Agent since 2000, and nationally recognized by the Professional Bail Agents of the United States. Member of Professional Bail Agents of Texas.
Birsen has successfully operated E-Z OUT BAIL BONDS since 1992, duties include all the communication and correspondence with the Judicial system, attorneys, and clients.
Assists clients for their bail procedures until their cases are adjudicated. Supervises decision making process for underwriting the bonds. In charge of communications with the jail, police departments, sheriff’s offices, immigration, etc. Makes decisions on the financial aspects of the bonds written. Interprets at all courts from Turkish to English in State Courts. Notary Public.
Ahmet Cemil Ergun known as ACE
1977-1980: Earned Civil Engineer degree from Istanbul Yildiz University
1987-1989: Earned Masters degree in International Trade and management degree from A&M University
1989-Present: Bail Agent and Coordinator of E-Z OUT BAIL BONDS.
ACE is responsible for underwriting procedures of the bonds, and he is in charge of computer systems, and bail programs. Interprets in all state courts and translates official documents from Turkish to English.
Kristian Salinas
2013-Present: Runs the daily operations of the bail bond business. She graduated from South San High School. She has excellent bounty hunting and communication skills.
She attends Alamo Community College leading to B.B.A. She is bilingual.
Rose Fernandez
2012-Present: Night Manager, and also runs the daily operations of the bail bond business.
She is in charge of collections. Rose has excellent communication skills, and she is bilingual.
